Palmetto West Park Condominium is located on the east side of Doral, Florida between N.W. 36th Street and N.W. 58th Street. The project spans both sides of N.W. 46th Street from its main entrance off N.W. 79th Avenue to its eastern boundary abutting the Palmetto Expressway.
Construction began on the condominium in 2001 and was built in phases throughout the following years. Each phase contains a unique building style and was designed with a specific purpose in mind.

The buildings were designed for office/showroom/flex use principally for service providers, business to business and consumer to business enterprises with street level loading doors and concrete aprons in the rear to support loading and unloading activity and truck parking.
Phase 3, located on the north side of N.W. 46th Street between the two parts of Phase 2, consists of 108 units and 104,820 square feet. The building is a four-story office building, with shared conference rooms and supported by surface parking in the front and sides of the office building and a three-story parking garage with 387 parking spaces. The office building is designed for all types of office, service and quasi-retail use.
